Spoofer – Known Issues & Fixes
Common errors and how to resolve them. For the full guide, see the official HWID guide.
1. Took more than 60s to allocate workspace. Restarting PC.
Fix: Restart your PC and retry.
2. No Hardware Virtualization Capabilities Found
Error: Hardware Virtualization is currently disabled. Please enable virtualization in your BIOS/UEFI (VTx/VTd Intel / SVM AMD).
Fix: Enter BIOS and enable VTx / VTd (Intel) or SVM (AMD).
3. GPU Driver (NVIDIA) Requires Update
Fix: Open GeForce Experience (or GeForce App) and update your NVIDIA GPU to the latest version.
4. Hyper-V is enabled. Please disable Hyper-V and try again.
Fix: Go to Turn Windows Features On or Off, find Hyper-V, and disable it. Restart after disabling.
5. Failed to get permissions. Service / software blocking access.
Fix: Download DControl (Defender Control) by Sordum. If that doesn't fix it, disable or uninstall active anticheats (FaceIT, Vanguard, etc.). You must resolve this yourself; the team cannot fix it remotely.
6. VPN or network filter driver active
Error: A VPN or network filter driver (e.g., NetLimiter, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1) is active. Disable it and try again. Proceeding while a VPN is active could cause BSODs.
Fix: The software detects wintun.sys. Fully close any VPN, DNS changer (e.g. 1.1.1.1), or NetLimiter before running.
7. Something went wrong. Your PC will restart after you press OK
Fix: Restart your PC and try again. Running a second session in the same boot can cause instability.
8. Error loading Hyper-V. Your PC will automatically restart.
Fix: Restart and retry. If it happens 2 times in a row, open a support ticket.
9. Stuck at 11%
Fix: Restart your PC and ensure no anticheat or antivirus is running. If still stuck, run these commands to fix disk permissions:
PowerShell:
Get-Volume | Where-Object DriveLetter | ForEach-Object {
$drive = $_.DriveLetter
Write-Host "Running chkdsk on drive $drive..."
chkdsk "$drive`:" /F
}
Or in CMD:
chkdsk C: /F
If you have multiple disks: chkdsk C: /F, chkdsk D: /F, etc. Add one per drive letter.
10. Permanent BSOD
Permanent BSOD: You keep BSOD-ing no matter what. Often caused by old hardware. Open a ticket and request a custom build.
Non-permanent BSOD: Occurs rarely (e.g. spoofing while disk is at 100% load). Avoid spoofing during heavy disk activity. Only open a ticket for permanent BSODs.
